Wish I could require this as reading for all of my chronic pain patients!

This is a wonderful book and workbook for patients to take their pain management into their own hands. Certainly its usefulness will be ideally manifested by a patient at the right time in their life. It has excellent cognitive behavioral therapy techniques including workbook exercises that truly empower the reader.

My pain management MD asked me to buy this book, read it, & make an appointment with him to discuss it. I deal with chronic pain 24 hours a day so I think the information in this book will give me some ideas that will help.
